FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How to Use the Betting Calculator?

To use the calculator you need to take note of the following:-

Min Table Bet Amount:
This is posted on the gambling table at every casino. You should take note of the minimum bet allowed. If the table says $50, then this is the minimum you are allowed to make for any single bet.

Bet Amount:
You can also make a bet larger than the allowable bet for that one table but to keep things in order, this should always be a consistent amount for every betting hand.

Unit:
This is used for betting systems that calculates the amount in a betting sequence such as the “Labouchere”. The unit is determined by the type of betting chip (i.e $20, $50 or $100) you will be using throughout the game.

Capital:
This is your bankroll you have set aside for your gambling session.

Max Payout:
This is determined by the Casinos and payout varies from table to table. For High Rollers, the payout can be in millions whereas for the open tables, it can be restricted to a maximum of $500,000. This cap is to prevent gamblers from using tried and tested gambling strategies to break the casino, which in some cases helps to check the amount payable for a single hand.

Target Profit:
You should always keep your target profit realistic even if you have a winning streak. If you intend to gamble with a $1,000 bankroll, do not expect your target profit to be in excess of $20,000. A realistic bankroll to target profit ratio could be double of your bankroll or 1:2. Anymore than that would be unrealistic.

Win/Lose:
You need to key this in each time you win or lose to determine if your target profit is met or exceeded.

Does the calculator allow me to keep track of Multiple Bets?
No. If you make multiple bets all the time, then you cannot use the calculator to determine your wins and losses.

What is a Single Hand?
A single hand is defined by a single bet made at any one point in time.

What is a Betting Chain?
A betting chain takes into account a complex series of calculations as dictated by a particular betting system or strategy. Often, this chain tells you how far away are you from your target profit or if the target profit could be met if you have a limited bank roll.
